My process is a synthesis of the left and the right brain.
It’s a skillset which can’t be quantified; I have to be experienced to be understood.

Narrative Design at Hitscan Games

At Hitscan I draw on a lifetime of expertise in genre fiction storytelling across literature, film, and games to design the story and universe of the top-down looter shooter Solar Purge.

This includes work on mission design, character dialogue, lore documents, voice actor direction, and whatever else it takes to create a complete game universe that feels lived in and real. I craft a gameplay experience that makes the player excited to keep playing in order to learn more and discover what lays beyond that next checkpoint.
